By working regularly with suppliers, we ensure that their charges remain competitive and their service, like ours, of the highest stndard. Our standard company policy is to obtain a minimum of three quotes for each aspect of your confernce. This enables us to ensure that we are maximising our client's budget and making the event as cost effective as possible.

In addition to being able to source great value suppliers on behalf of our clients, we also carry a range of equipment for conferences in-house such as digital projectors, PA systems, radio microphones, lighting. projection screens and a variety of lecturns and stands. We have recently invested in the facility to make recordings of conferences and have them available on CD within 3 minutes of the completion of each seminar. We can also post recordings onto to the internet within 5 minutes of completion
